"The setting of the hotel is superb – nice beach (the water has great mineral quality to it), different walks at the door step (Congo-Nile trail or lakeside paths, coffee washing station nearby is great to visit). The food is excellent (from the local vegetable and fruit garden) and rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The downsides are 11 km of dirt track in poor condition (allow extra 10-15 min relative to google maps estimate) and rooms can be too warm at night (24C at night, no aircon) "

"The staff was friendly and very attentive. The rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable. Spackling and painting are needed in the stairwell leading to the 2nd, as well as the 2nd floor corridor. Nonetheless, I would stay there again on future trips. "
