We were upgraded to a duplex room which was lovely, amazing views over the city. The smashed window did not look very nice although did not spoil our stay. Staff are all very friendly particularly the reception staff, a credit to the hotel. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here!

We loved the view from the top floor, just know the stairs to the bedroom are very narrow. Great accommodations and breakfast was very good.
