The location is excellent, and the apartment itself is comfortable and clean. Internet might not be fast enough for remote desktop connection, but it should be fine if you're just here for leisure.
Staff has been very helpful throughout the process. And Stevie who greeted us for the check-in even helped carry our heavy luggage to 2/F - that was much appreciated!

Fantastic Property in Excellent area.
If you are looking for an alternative to a hotel, or for a longer term stay, this is it!
I originally booked the Blythswood 5* place because of the description provided, amenities offered, and the reviews it received. A day before I was to arrive in Glasgow, I was informed by the property office that they had overbooked the Blythswood flat, but that I would be reassigned to a similar unit at their Candleriggs Court property (Candleriggs was spacious, had a washer, but no dryer and no coffee maker). Upon our arrival to Glasgow, the property office was very accommodating and met us 90 minutes prior to our check-in time so that we could leave our bags and pick up the keys. The unit was definitely not ready and had been trashed by the previous occupants. When I returned at 3:00 p.m.; the cleaning lady was frantically still trying to prepare the unit. She was there until 4:30 p.m. The cleaning lady had cleaned up the majority of the mess, but after she left, I still found rubbish under the bed, food crumbs on the sofa, and food stains on the walls. We also realized at about 4:30 p.m. that the mi-fi was not working and notified the duty manager; someone came within 10 minutes to assess the problem. She left saying it would be restored in 30 minutes. The electricity also went out in parts of the flat that evening. Again, we called the duty manager. The electricity was fixed the next morning and the mi-fi connection was enabled about 36 hours later. The mi-fi worked for less than 2 days before it failed and the router was replaced on the 5th day of our stay.

Close to the center of town and restaurants.....also handy to public transport
The apartments are beautifully finished and very spacious - historic building in the heart of Glasgow. Although it’s a serviced apartment there is daily cleaning and serve ice. The one warning there is no elevator so yo may have to carry your luggage up one or two floors but apart from that you should be hard pushed to find better accommodation in the heart of Glasgow
We were so impressed with the apartment. Loved the high ceilings and overall spaciousness. The location is so central to anything you want to do in Glasgow. It's on a busy street but the bedrooms in Campbell are set back so it's quiet. A smashing addition to the room would be a coat rack. We come to town every year or two and will definitely consider these apartments again.
We had a disastrous check in because it was late and had a rude duty manager on the phone who hung up on me. But ince checked in we lived the property and location. With no staff and usual hotel amenities this seemed like our own apt in the centre of Glasgow. Loved it and we will use Dreamhouse again.
I have rated service mid range because there was no service!!!
We arrived in Glasgow earlier than the booking in time. Since we had a lot of luggage I called the apartments to see if we could leave our luggage somewhere until booking in time. They were so accommodating and advised since the apartment had been serviced we could book in early .
The apartment was fab. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. All the rooms were bright, spacious and very clean .
It was very cosy as you can control the heating yourself.
There was a dishwasher and washing machine which would be very handy if staying for a longer period.
The kitchen/living area was so roomy and wide screen TVs were available in all the rooms.
I found these apartments on Expedia UK, and the price was just amazing compared to hotel rooms in Glasgow. so I booked 1 week. We were more than satisfied with the accommodation, it was modern, clean, central to everything in Glasgow City Centre and very reasonable! After 2 days of being in the Kelvin apartment which was amazing...our daughters told us they were coming to join us from Canada. I emailed Lisa, and she had a 2 bedroom apartment (Clyde) in the same building that would accommodate us all only for an extra 108 GBP for 4 nights. Absolutely FIRST CLASS....anyone visiting Glasgow for a break has to look at Dreamhouse Apartments, great value for money, washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer, TV....extremely modern and clean.. home from home. No more wee hotel rooms for me the next time we visit....Dreamhouse all the way.
Thank you so much Lisa for sorting us out with a larger apartment, and thank you to Kirsty our house keeper, who was very pleasant.
We will certainly return, and cannot wait!! :) :)
Great location, great decor - tweed everything!
Centre of everything with onsite parking.
Clean apartment but could be cleaner - a boggy was left on the bedroom mirror which left us all shocked and sick!
No keys on check-in had to wait over two hours for a set of keys. Then advised previous tenant still had second set.
Got locked out as first set of keys failed to open front door.
Duty manager on phone was rude and she made us feel like we had inconvenienced her Friday evening when we called for help.
Had to wait on doorstep for over half an hour for house keeper to let us in.
Would not recommend.
Fully furnished with all appliances within walking distance of central glasgow. Only negative is combination washer / dryer takes forever to complete cycle.
We stayed for a couple of nights at the Dreamhouse apartments. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities you would expect out of a top service apartment - fridge, washer, microwave/oven etc. The location also is very convenient and it is just 10 min walk to George Square and 5 minutes walk to Sauchiehall street.
Stayed for 2 nights for a work trip. Great location and superb modern facilities. Nice kitchen area with comfy sofa and huge TV. Bedroom was spacious and most comfortable. Very quiet environment. Felt at home.
As we made reservation in early May, we were disappointed for the management placed us in basement floor and we felt unsecured of burglary from basement windows. The apartment was self help. No on-site staff located in the building, "cleaning" staff may show up during the work day but we only found she did once room cleaning during the entire 5-day stay. Toilet flashing was out of order on Friday. Called emergency manager on duty has no answer on Saturday, Sunday and until we checked out on Monday. Parking garage is quite small, it is difficult to park midsize vehicle. You have to unload your baggage from the garage and walk a steep stair to the back door.
We appreciate the manager on duty waiting for us over several hours because of flight and traffic delay as we drove from Edinburgh to Glasgow.
One of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The apartment was perfect. Plenty of room. Everything worked, it was very well equipped with everything you can need - even a pizza slicer. I would stay there again in a flash. The service was outstanding - thoughtful, attentive and responsive.
These apartments are in prime location in central glasgow very comfortable, spacious, modern furnishings, quiet, with professional welcome and daily housekeeping services. Parking nearby. We couldn't have done better.
Email and telephone communications with Lisa in booking was prompt and efficient and helpful. The on-site representative, Kirsty, went out of her way to ensure no request went unanswered. Look closely, as this is one of the few locations that not only lives up to but exceeds the promises of the photographs. The whole flat was stylishly decorated and extremely comfortable, with a welcome to match. Highly recommended and many thanks.
I stayed in the 'Lomond' one bedroom apartment for a city break, wanting a change from the usual hotel experience. The instructions given on how to access the property were very clear and I was even sent a map with directions from the station by email.
A great time to book as the apartment is brand new and it felt like staying in a show home, the dreamhouse website says the rooms are self styled 5 star apartments and I would agree with that completely. Lots of impressive little touches and the facilities were excellent - huge flat screen TVs in both the living area and the bedroom, gorgeous bathroom. The only things missing were a hairdryer and a bottle opener! Word of warning, if you're unfit like me (!) the room I stayed in is on the second floor and there is no lift, but who wants lifts in period Georgian buildings anyway. The walk up West George Street from the city centre is very steep, so for a more leisurely ten minute walk you may wish to access via Sauchiehall Street then cut across the beautiful Blythswood Square. Looking forward to going back already and very tempted to try their property in Edinburgh too :)
