"Very nice and safe property"

"We have stayed here 4 times. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The new remodeled rooms were so nice. Staff are very friendly. All of the new amenities were great. Our only issue was with Passions on the Beach. The service was slow and the staff never write anything down which causes issues. Lunch is ok but the food is over priced for the quality. I would love to see an overhaul of the staff training when it come to food safety. We saw some very obvious violations. More customer service training for...

"Property was not what we expected, being that we were from upstate and had no knowledge on the location, was located in town nothing was close by, poor neighbor hood, and unable to get around on foot, had to take taxi where ever we went. People were friendly, but the property pictures on Expedia were not what was expected."

It feels like you’re in the jungle, but only steps away from a big supermarket lol. The location is great, i 100% recommend staying here. Definitely get a rental car because it’s not beach front, it’s only a 5 min drive to the beach though. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!"

"We spent one night - on Sunday when we went to the pool the grounds were a mess from the night before- empty chip bags and some kind of poop on the ground- while the rooms were nice I didnt feel safe and would not stay there again."

"We had a wonderful experience with the St Regis management .. they all were very helpful and welcoming.. we have spent a quality vacation time with our family. The management even out of the way to locate our apple watch at the room we left it behind at the check out time and per our request they came ti the airport to give it to us … we cannot thank enough fir the generosity they have shown to us .
