"The whole place is very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool is always a hit with our kids. Close to anything you might need. We highly recommend staying here to eveyone."

"Room was nice and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful There was no coffee maker in the room which I really need in the mornings . I do not like to have to get dressed right away and go to the common area for a coffee . Also there were no drinking glasses , ice bucket , alarm clock or room safe . Far too under equipped !! "

"When we entered our first room, the door appeared to have been pried open at some point, there were very evident stains on the duvet covers, and it appeared as if someone had been lying on the far side bed. Upon closer inspection of the duvet covers, I found actual dried BOOGERS stuck to the duvet cover on the far side of the bed; I immediately requested a new room!! "Parking was conveniently outside the hotel entrance and we were greeted in the lobby. Our check-in was quickly finished and our breakfast (s) and needs for the next couple of nights recorded. Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. "

"All was good! Hotel, staff, breakfast and the fresh ground coffee was outstanding!"

"Our stay was great. Jeff, the front desk worker, was super friendly. My biggest complaint is that the breakfast omelets were the ones with peppers, and not just the plain cheese ones. I would definitely stay here again. "
