"Clean room. Bathroom spotless."

"Room was clean on check in but was not cleaned during the stay- didnt have very much interaction with any staff other than check in and out- he was friendly. Pool was nice(water could have been warmer) the room was nice enough , not the most comfortable bed or couch but overall fine"

"The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. We discovered shortly after arriving in our room that the bathroom door would not stay closed. On request, the staff quickly assigned us to another room, brought up our new keys and had maintenance investigating the bathroom door in our first room. Great service! We will stay again."

"Very clean, great staff. Breakfast wasn't very good. Eggs were somewhat undercooked and had that slimy texture but it could have just been an off day as we were only there for breakfast one morning. "

"Staff was very friendly and check in and checkout was painless. The room was ok. A section of the ceiling in the bathroom had a piece of Sheetrock just screwed up and nothing else done. Room cleanliness was ok but not perfect. Property is undergoing renovation which could explain the partial repair in our room. Bed was not very comfortable and made sleeping difficult. Our room looked out at 19th Ave so there was plenty of noise from people racing down the street and all the motorcycles...

"Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. When we called the number for assistance as instructed by the sign, the manager who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful, but said he would "be right there". We waited at least 15 minutes for him to come to the desk to help us, and the 3 other groups that had arrived to check in. The hotel was dirty and unwelcoming. When we got to our room, the door to the room did not lock. When opening the door to leave, the frame fell off of the wall,...

"Adding the underground parking makes everything so easy to access! Love having everything in one place you never have to leave!"

"Look out of the swimming pool sized pot holes. You will wreck your car in that parking lot. Breakfast was similar to public school food. Bread was moist, coffee tasted musty (dirty coffee maker?), "omelette" was just gross, sausage was dry and overcooked. Room was clean (except for the dead bug on the side table) but outdated. Our "suite" was just a room with a couch. Walls so thin I could hear our neighbor vomitting all night. Probably drank too much at the "lounge" (a collection of slot...

"The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. "
