"Good location "

"Absolutely unacceptable experience. I stayed here for 4 days 3 nights, and on day 2 I requested towels. I was told they would be brought to my room, but after being out all day, I returned to nothing. When I called the front desk, I was told they had no towels or washcloths available and I would have to wait until the next morning. That is completely unacceptable for a paying guest, towels are a basic necessity. Because of this, I had to go out and spend my own money to buy towels just so we could shower. I asked to speak to a manager and was told one would be available the next morning. I called again the next day, was told the GM would contact me, confirmed my number and never received a call. No follow-up, no apology, nothing. Later, I still had no towels and had to track down a housekeeper in the hallway myself. Even then, there was a language barrier that made it difficult, but I eventually got what I needed. No one ever checked on us, cleaned the room, or made any effort to fix the situation. Running out of towels, ignoring guests, and failing to follow up is a complete breakdown of basic hospitality. No guest should ever have to go without essentials or chase staff down for help. "

"From check-in to check-out, everything was wonderful. The front desk attendants, the shuttle driver, the barista in the Starbucks, and the housekeeping staff were all so kind and accommodating. I’ll be booking here again next time I’m in Nashville!"

"Overall, the property is quite nice although it could use some maintenance in some areas. The 2x6 wood railings around the balconies are actually rotted right through. Major water damage in the bathroom ceiling. However many other features were quite nice and they have a very large buffet breakfast. Good location and nice to have secured parking. Catch up on this maintenance and get rid of the rude evening clerk and we'd give this a 5 star rating"

"Nice hotel at a great price. I only gave it 4 stars because you can hear other guests in the halls. It’s too loud. Good breakfast but someone needs to be there to keep the food area and tables clean. It was messy most of the time. Comfortable bed. "
