"After my partner was unexpectedly admitted to Sunshine Coast Hospital, I needed urgent overnight accommodation and got the last available room. The 1-night room rate was excellent and online booking through the Expedia app with pre-check-in was easy. The room was spacious and comfortable. "First up we were told after we paid that a $200 holding fee would be held for 28 days, if we had paid cash we could have got that back on check out.
For the price I was shocked that the expectation was we had to wash up, although no sink just a bucket you could fill up in the shower to wash your dishes. We decided against that as we discovered an ant trail in the food prep shelf thing.
