"This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had - the room was spectacular. Bed was like a cloud - dressed in wonderful linen and fantastic pillows. The room was exactly as shown in the photos - clean, exceptional staff, everything beautifully designed and styled. Would love to stay there again."

"Check in staff were attentive and helpful, acknowledging our arrival whilst attending to other guests. Nice private entrance (which houses laundry facilities inside a cupboard) to our suite 201A, and to 201B. Our room had great views of the park and Eastern Beach. The living area was generous and kitchen facilities looked ample for longer stays. Twin beds were provided as requested. Bedroom was small and became a bit stuffy overnight despite door to main area being left open. "
