"No power, no water for almost 24 hours, the waterpark was closed, and all the restaurant's where closed. Except for a nice view and letting us cancel our booking, everything else was just HORRIBLE The staff at the "breakfest" used personal clothes, and it was like eating in a old, broken down school ..."

"Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, l'état moyen. Le parquet de la chambre est fortement usé, idem pour la porte de la salle de bain. Le nettoyage est vraiment très basique. 🙁 Il est vendu une salle de fitness mais il n'y en a pas !!! Vraiment dommage. 😡 Les repas sont au top !!! Un vrai choix et une très ..."
