The staff lied to us regarding food, we had traveled around 200 miles and arrived around 16:30, we was tired and hungry, they said that the kitchen was closed today and there was no staff, very poor for a hotel this size. We then had to travel into Toledo to find food for the evening meal, we had travelled enough but we had to or we wouldn’t get any food. "This room was fantastic! It was conveniently located and we had a room with a terrace on the top floor. The view of the cathedral was amazing! The room itself was spacious, extremely quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also nice and the shower was great! Definitely recommend!!"
