"Easy check in, clean and accessible rooms with lots of space and lighting"

"We stayed at the property bc it is close to the airport. There were multiple high school boys sports teams there the weekend we were there.so the pool and workout room were completely full and not available for others to use and lots of running and yelling in the halls. There was only one working elevator so we took the stairs. The biggest issue was that there weren’t enough pillows. We had a king suite with 4 people and there weren’t any pillows for the trundle. "Clean, quiet hotel centerally located in Grand Rapids. We stayed 2 nights. Breakfasts were good and vatied. We look forward to staying again next year while visiting family."

"Clean, friendly reception & good location if you are going Ada. Great looking hotel with functional downsides. The flooring, doors & lobby area restaurant are quite loud unfortunately. Seemed to be no soundproofing between rooms. Earplugs may be helpful. Only slow EV chargers so pack your patience & plan accordingly for those who need that."

"Even the building is old, it is well maitained and clean, one of the best smelling lobby and hallway I've been to. "Room I was given was on the first floor, I had requested second floor so that was rearranged immediately, great! However, that room wasn't cleaned well and smelled bad so I was quickly given another room which was better. Fridge wasn't great, took days to just cool some bottled water and "freezer" compartment was overflowing with frost. After 3 days I hadn't gotten any fresh towels and only had my wastebaskets emptied once so I complained to front desk. I was told they were short-staffed and...
