"Bed was VERY soft, had a sore back afterwards. It was also very loud when moving getting into ot out of bed, rolling.over the bed frame made a thunderous sound. Breakfast was underwhelming."

"Room was very dirty! There was hair in the shower, on the floor, on the pillows. Dried spills on the floor. Didn’t even sleep under the bedding because of how dirty it was. There was a sign in the lobby that says no pets allowed. The TV was very staticky and there was no back on the remote so you had to hold the batteries in to use it. If it wouldn’t have been 1am when I arrived after a long travel day, I would have left and gone to a different place."

"Clean, spacious rooms. Very, very comfortable beds. Room keys worked smoothly with no issue. Staff was open and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was well balanced with fruit and meat as well as the usual carbs. Facility close to many amenities. We stayed here 3 days, visiting SLC to see the U of U commencement ceremony. The hotel stay was easy and made everything go smoothly. We are happy to recommend the hotel and would stay here again if in SLC. Well done, Crystal Inn!"

"I’ve stayed at this hotel before but never with just a king bed. It said that it would fit 5 people. I even called the front desk to confirm how it would sleep 5. They said it had a king bed, a full pullout trundle and someone could sleep on the couch. It’s a good thing we didn’t have 5 people because it only has a twin pullout and the couch would only be comfortable for a little kid to sleep on. There were also only two bath towels in the room. "

"Property was easily accessible. Rooms were spacious but worn in places and not repaired. The continental breakfast was the best feature. They had a made to order omelet station and a great variety of other items compared to other hotels."

"The place is decent. Nothing special that makes this place stand out. Don’t mind standing here for the short term."

"Kitchen was great. Breakfast was good! Only issue was I paid in full over 4 months ago for my stay but on my second day there I was charged a random $500 charge again on my card. The staff working when I noticed it was great and said he refunded it however there is no explanation as to why it happened. I am still waiting for the refund to process to my credit card."

"The carpet in the hotel needs some updated looked very well worn. The office chair in the room should be thrown out - very old and rickety. I asked for towels as they did not clean the room and I was told I had to ask to have the room cleaned -they only clean every 3 days ?!?!? The breakfast was good as it had my favorite donuts !!! Good location for the trolley !!"

"My room didn't have a do not disturb door sign and I didn't have time to ask for one and so I left the room as is and went to my business visits in town but when I returned at the end of the day, I'm assuming room service came into my room and straightened it out a little. My issue is, I do NOT like anyone entering my room with my personal and important business materials laying around. I felt a bit uneasy about that. "The staff was exceptional. The room smelled as if a smoker had stayed there. I asked the front desk for help and they promptly responded with spray that greatly decreased the ordor. The bed was terribly hard and not nice to sleep in. The floor of the bathroom was slick when wet. Breakfast was yummy."
