"We only stayed one night - but glad. Felt safe. Comfortable bed. Clean room Breakfast food hot and friendly staff. Wish you had a pool. Rested."

"Door lock was broken. Door didn't fit properly. You could see straight through around the door when closed. Rooms were dirty. Breakfast was pretty much nothing. Pull out bed was unusable due to the mattress being so gross and old. Definitely not what i expect to get for an almoat $200 room."

"Clean and welcoming, amazing hot breakfast with staff readily available to keep food stocked and breakfast area tidy. Lovely pool - my children enjoyed swimming each of the three nights we stayed. Overall, definitely recommend and will return if ever in the area again!"

"Adorably decorated hotel. Staff was super friendly. Place is very clean. We stayed two nights. No one brought in clean towels or the bottled water that was supposed to be there. I guess you have to ask for maid service for that stuff. "

"Beautiful home. Charles, the grounds keeper, was excellent. My only suggestion is to put some kind of handle bar on the wall in the shower, to hang onto when necessary. Other than that, I highly recommend this place"

"Breakfast is the best part of this hotel. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. However: 1) The water dispenser in the Fitness room would not dispense water. The gentleman Kyle at the front desk was able to resolve this situation within 30 mins. 2) The thermostat "display" on our 1st floor room did not show the essential details. 3) The window on the 1st floor room were not locked when we arrived. 4) The Fitness room was apparently in the process of being remodeled. Lots of dust...

"Breakfast was fresh and hot every morning. Our server, Tennessee, was the sweetest most pleasant person we’ve ever met. She made our mornings very enjoyable. And Aaron, another staff member, seemed to always be there, and we observed him helping all of his coworkers. He couldn’t do enough for guests either. There were snacks near the front desk all the time, a beautiful fountain with comfortable seating around it for relaxing or getting some work done undisturbed. Everything was very clean and...

"I booked and paid for 2 queen beds and arrived at 315p, right at check in and was told the reservation was for a king, upon showing my confirmation email thru Expedia, the front desk person never checked to validate it. Gave me a king which wasn’t what I paid for and never once apologized, instead became argumentative saying they were booked a month plus out like I didn’t book a room. I will never stay here again. Need to train staff on how to say I’m sorry for the inconvenience. "
