"Hotel was beautiful! Location was prime. Weather was pouring rain for our stay so not great. Meredith the Concierge worked wonders getting us a reservation to our top pick for restaurants 22 Bowen. It did not disappoint! We used the hotel’s large gym before an amazing dinner. Free WiFi required a bonvoy membership (which is free) but slightly annoying."

"For the cost of the hotel, we were pretty disappointed. We expected better service throughout the weekend I had called 3x to confirm that a crib will be in our room upon our arrival as we were going to be there close to our son’s bedtime. I called to confirm on our way to the hotel as well, and they said it was already there. Going to our room, it was not and it took close to an hour to get one, throwing our sons entire bedtime off. Later that evening, I asked front desk for a blanket I could...
