"Excellent stay, didn't put 5* cause the beds were not comfortable"

"We were greated with the question about whether we used Expedia to book. We were told our Hilton number would get us nothing. We were counting on using the shuttle to the airport which is advertised as starting at 6 AM. When we arrived, they said it would not leave until 6:15, but they could book us a taxi to the airport for 50 or 60 euros. They called to confirm and it was 60 euros for a 12 minute ride to the airport. If you are going to allow booking of these properties, you might want to...

"Room was good for one night, pillows were on the very thin side but otherwise good room. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options. I also liked that I could park the car right outside my room since I was on the ground floor. Good option if wanting to stay near the airport."

"Ibis Como: solide Unterkunft für eine Zwischenübernachtung. Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb von Como und eignet sich gut als Stopp auf der Durchreise. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett gut, und alles Nötige für eine Nacht war vorhanden. Keine Extras, aber für eine unkomplizierte Übernachtung unterwegs absolut in Ordnung."

"Our room had a leaking heater in the bathroom and the toilet seat was unscrewed. Probably easy fixes. However, I have to say that the shuttle service outdid themselves. We were lost on how to find the hotel and how to arrive- went to the airport to see if we could figure it out. After someone called the hotel the shuttle immediately came and picked us up without charge even though we had not planned for it. We were so appreciative!!!!"

"The roam was clean, a bit old but clean, staff was helpful, wifi not good, and the breakfast was not good or to be honest there is nothing in the breakfast Over all experience I would go there again but won't take breakfast for sure"

"The hotel has pretty unique design. It is not close to anything you can walk to. They have a shuttle but it is not on-call. Schedule only. We waited 25 minutes to be picked up at MXP T2. This is all within our expectations of an “airport” location. What we didn’t expect was the pool to be closed for the season. It was one of the reasons we chose this hotel instead of one of the many other choices. I guess I should have had a verbal confirmation. Still a disappointment. The good part I...

"Great location , very close to Malpensa Airport. Provided free transportation. The hotel’s restaurant is nice."

"Lite bökigt med reglerna för hunden"
