"The lobby was classy but the rooms were comparitively slightly dated, though still clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a large shower room and bath. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially in storing our luggage before check in and sending it to our next accomodations when needed. This hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay."

"The spa and sauna was the highlight of the hotel. The 7 Eleven within the hotel was super convenient. The buffet breakfast was a little disappointing. There was many options ans the food was quite average considering how much you pay. "

"It was an okay stay. I wont be staying again though. We were on the 28th floor and the aircon stopped working, the room got to 27c! We couldnt sleep. We told the staff and they didnt really seem to care or want to do anything about it. Theres no seating in the lobby, so couldnt rest with our bags. Staff were meh. Only good thing was there is a Lawsons connected to the lobby..."

"amazing location! walking distance to Dotonbori and underground is the Metro Train. Very conveniently located. Buffet breakfast is amazing as well. You can choose the Japanese breakfast or the western style buffet breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Toyoko Inn is very efficient in their processes. The staff work hard to be sure breakfast is replenished fully and in a time efficient manner with a variety of options for most palates. Rooms are what you would expect in Japan, small but has what you need for 2 people. Their system to store your bags is smart, you don't have to bother staff, self-serve. Good value, clean and meets your needs when traveling."

"Love the Espresso machine, the matcha is a must have. The breakfast bar was great as well. Overall great location, 20 min away from Osaka Castle and Dotonbori. Will stay here again."
