"The property was very clean and had great amenities. It's in a great location close to many restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This will be my go to place to stay when visiting San Antonio."

"The bathtub was filthy. It was a very slow drain, so it may have been cleaned, but then left the yuckiness right by the drain. There was a hair in the bed. I had to ask for more juice and food for the breakfast. It was only 830. The staff was very slow to refill everything. Weird beer/pee odor in elevator. "Very nice and clean hotel."

"The bed was comfy and there was a microwave and fridge in the room. Not the case for most hotels these days. Having to go to the lobby to heat food is a pain!"

"The location can't be beat. Very short walk to the Alamo. The sense of history was amplified by the antiques in the building. The only drawback for me was the lack of a bathroom fan/vent and a slightly musty smell. Not overpowering but noticeable. Be prepared to pay a lot for parking, especially if using the valet service "
