"The pictures were obviously taken when it opened. It’s not as bright and beautiful. I don’t think the swim up bar has been used for a while. For the price of this hotel and the fact that you had to also pay for parking and breakfast and a cooler it’s not worth it. The gentleman at the front Chris was SO HELPFUL. I had read a comment from another quest that they had issues checking in after midnight. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours. I called the hotel and Chris assured me they would not cancel...

"Housekeeping and maintenance personnel should always check every single room if they need fixing or if everything works and tidy. Behind the toilet was dirty it looks like a lot of white residues and the wall by the bathroom seems to be cracking. The carpet floor was not clean and smelled musty. The sheets has musty smell but looks clean."

"I reserved for 5 days and complained that the toilet seat was soooo loose it was hard to sit on. The beds were never changed. And one of the pillows were taken by housekeeping and I kept asking for it back but they never brought it! I brought my own pillow from home and they thought it was theirs! I had asked them for 3 days! They just kept saying they would get maintenance to fix toilet, and get housekeeping to come but I never saw anyone!"
