"The hotel’s name speaks for itself. It’s a modern, clean, comfortable environment that meets the needs of a quick getaway, business trip, etc. It was reasonably priced. The one drawback is that there are No POOLS !!! Please call ahead to confirm that there is no pool to manage expectations. The room sink didn’t drain after the first night. It was drained by hotel staff after it was reported. And, you’ll have to request housekeeping as there was no daily room upkeep without requesting any....

"Staff was amazing from check in to check out. Really nice area of town with a great selection of places to eat close by. Breakfast bar from 6 to 10 had everything we wanted. We'll be coming back to this one."

"Inn itself is pretty. Room was clean for the most part, and beds were comfy. Our only issue was with the person who checked us in and with whom we interacted throughout our stay. We arrived 15 minutes prior to check-in to find a sign on the door teeling us to call a number to check in. The call went to voicemail both times that I called, and right after the 2nd call, a woman opened the door. "We had a good overall stay at the Fairfield Hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and the hotel was clean. The only inconvenience was with housekeeping. One of the housekeeping staff members was reluctant to clean our room every day, which was disappointing. Aside from that, everything else was great, and we enjoyed our stay."

"The room was clean and spacious. Check-in was fast and early. The only thing to complain about was breakfast. Few healthy options and I didn't like that the plates, silverware, etc were throw away. To be more sustainable, real dishes would be less wasteful."

"Sorry I was not impressed with my stay. My girlfriend and I where traveling and chose this location because it had a jacuzzi and a sauna. Both of which has either been removed or not in working order. The elevator from the parking garage to the lobby was broken as well. Place needs much needed tlc"

"The 1st room was dirty and spiders and cocaroches dead on floor. Peeling laminate from walls. All sheets and blankets was dirty. Floor was not vacuumed and bathroom was not cleaned. Windows had spiderwebs. Ever table was dusty and other substances on them. 2nd room still dirty and spiderweb with spiders. Laminates was Peeling off walls bathroom was not as dirty as the 1st but we cleaned it with are own products. Fridge was moldie and dirty. Sink in kitchenette was dirty. Microwave was dirty....
