Equipe do hotel todos sao gentis, limpeza , atendentes, pessoal do restaurante, do cafe. o hotel tem limpeza todos os dias porem o banheiro,principalmente, deixa a desejar. Eu achei o colchao muito duro apesar da cama ser grande. variedade no café da manhã.

Boa estadia , porém quarto com mofo , limpeza ocorreu ,mas Lixinhos que deixamos encontramos de volta mesmo após arrumação , pouca informação no checkin ,não explicaram sobre Wi-Fi , não explicaram como falar com a recepção . Café da manhã de excelência . Água de excelência e café de excelência , disponíveis no saguão o tempo todo .

Os colaboradores são muito solícitos e o café da manhã excelente. O ponto negativo foi que ficamos no apartamento 109, no qual estranhamente havia uma porta, que ficava trancada logicamente, que dava acesso para o ap.110. Dessa forma, todo ruído do ap vizinho era ouvido no 109. Foram noites mal dormidas e extremamente estressantes. Já nos hospedamos no Sky outras vezes e foi a primeira vez que vivenciamos essa situação.

Hotel antigo e bem conservado. Equipe de atendimento incrível. Quartos barulhentos, janelas não possuem isolamento. Chuveiro com temperatura ideal, mas ducha entupida estraga um pouco do prazer do banho.
