"location to airport was excellent. breakfast was alright. eventhough, there were no fresh veggies and the only fruit was oranges. the room accommodation was adequate. the connections to wi fi was terrible. rather stressful trying to get internet."

"Checkin was super fast and easy. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. A little outdated but most important rooms were clean. Most important hotel provides a shuttle bus ti the airport which is always on time. "

"I usually really have only good things to say about this place. Never book with the front desk.. charge quite a bit more than Expedia. TV did not work but woman at front desk tried a few times to fix it. Breakfast was nonexistent. Coffee was empty or broken . Shuttle was available even late at night. I parked for almost 2 weeks at a cheap rate. So overall not a horrible place ! Some of staff super helpful and knowledgeable others did not know what they were doing."

"I hate to say it but the sister property in Avon can’t even compare to this location. I was so disappointed with the Avon location that I amazed to find out that this was a sister property. The instant I walked in the door, Matt was amazing, the rooms are quaint and clean, and the restaurant along with the staff like Kelly, put an exclamation point on the property. The restaurant is the gem of the entire hotel. When locals fill the restaurant on a Tuesday night it speaks volumes. I will be back...

"One cart that no one knew where it was. Our stay was for three days, we had a lot of stuff. At 86 years old, it was a bit rough. Leaving, the cart was there ready for us. Tub in room 309 when taking a shower one had to hang on to safety bar while slipping and sliding, showering with one hand. We wet the floor when she slipped and pushed out the shower curtain, got some water on the floor as she was recovering. Got extra towels to clean up the water on the floor. "Room was clean and layout was just what we needed. BUT…. The sofa had red marker or nail polish stains on it and the pull out was broken. We made it work so it was no big deal but when I called front desk no one answered. I wasn’t calling for any reason other than to let them know. We didn’t need a change of room.
