"We were in Colosseum Towers. Room was large and very comfortable with large bathroom and nice walk in shower. Kerig coffee maker, but you have to spend $10 for pods-kind of cheezy. Service throughout hotel was very good. "

"The self-check in process if frustrating. After traveling for 12 hours I used the self check in kiosk. At the completion of self check in, the kiosk prompted that I would receive text message once my room was prepared. This was at 3:30pm. After waiting several minute, no text message was ever received and I was forced to wait in a long line of guest, all of which were facing the same issue."
