"Just spent two nights at this beautiful location. It's way more than a B&B and not quite a hotel. Set in what was either purpose built or was once a spacious mansion, the recently renovated facility is first class. Cyndie the caretaker and Mike the owner could not have been more friendly and helpful while being completely unobtrusive. Met some really nice other guests too. It's a ways out of the hubbub of Grand Bend, so it's very quiet and peaceful. I will definitely be staying here again and...

"The Colonial Hotel is a hotel I would love to return to!! The Conceirge staff are pleasant to speak with. My family arrived much earlier than our check in time. We were able to park our car there, use the pool and amenities or walk to the beach until our room was ready. They called me when it was ready. Very helpful!! Apparently the hotel had some renovations recently and it looks very nice and clean. A must stay and return!! "
