"The hotel lobby really nice not sure about breakfast I didnt get any. Staff was extremely nice. The room was just extremely hot. I turned the fan on and still hot there wasnt an AC option & the vent was small. You need your key everytime you use the elevators which was annoying & the parking spaces just sucked. You have to constantly have someone buzz you into the parking garage. Worst part its in the back of the building. It was very close to the Venue I attented and had a few things near by but I prob wouldnt book this one again. "

"Everything was good except they don't really specify about the hot tub rooms they show that you have a view in that room which we did not we were told we would have to pay 150.00 more to have that! But nothing tells you that when you book the room! The pictures they show have a view looking at the falls from the hot tub. Our first room the rails on the little fence out the view door rattled so much it felt like a freight train running through our room didn’t get much sleep. They did give us a new room with a front on view of the falls but the jacuzzi was still in the bathroom with no view! And thats when we found out those rooms cost 150.00 more a might! It was a very nice hotel and most of the staff was friendly and helpful. In my opinion it is the best hotel with views of the falls! And pretty centrally located to most attractions! I would recommend it to our friends and would stay there again but not pay extra to stay in a hot tub room!"
