"When we arrived and checked in I was told the ocean front room we reserved and paid for was unavailable and was given a partial ocean view room with a small kitchenette. Not what I wanted since we were only there a few days. The room we had was a connecting room that had no insulation from the door, could hear everything from loud music, t.v's, talking.... at one point someone tried opening our door late at night. I should have went back down and insisted on another room but after a long travel day we were beat. On the last day we were told that people own and rent out the rooms ( some like apartments). I did not realize that this was not a true resort/hotel and would not have choose this. Very disappointed."

"No issues. Everything went as expected. There was an issue by the pools, where people were throwing items off the balcony and holding bottles over the edge, but staff (security I believe) worked to address it. Members of our group staying on the other side of the hotel complained of loud college students and fireworks late at night while trying to sleep with younger kids, but we could not hear it where we were. "
