"Elevator extremely slow. Sometimes a 5 minute wait. Breakfast buffet food was cold although sold as a hot breakfast. Same drink glass I left on table at 6 pm was still there at 8 am. "

"The Internet was good. The room was kind of dirty though. There was black smudge marks and some other sort on the frame of the bathroom door. The shower curtain rings are rusting and hard to close the curtain smoothly,there was an excessive amount of dust piled up In the corners and under the side tables as well as in the eating area on the ledges. "Stay was just okay. The room I was initially assigned had no thermostat control and the heating system was pumping way too much hot air. (It had to be over 80 degrees.) It was also not very clean and worn down. I’m grateful to the staff that took steps to correct the situation, but it didn’t occur without some convincing (and really pleading) that the accommodations were not acceptable for anyone. "Airport shuttle was awesome. Guy was so nice. Hotel is very old. Couch in our room had big class in it and furniture was old. Was clean."

"Stay away. Airplanes are a constants flying over and beds were awful. I am allergic to cats and had a sore throat until we left. No tv the whole visit. Front desk guy dint give me a parking pass when I checked in. I would’ve been towed if I had not seen it on others cars. This was just a cash grab for the owners. I guess decently clean. Room bathroom reeked of smoke. "

"Personal travel after having flights cancelled at ORD. Fireplace was wonderful. Everything was great. Clean rooms, bathroom with shower, soaps, shampoo & conditioner were great. The staff was great welcoming all the cold & weary flight-cancelled travelers. Check-in was a breeze!"
