"Everything was great except the parking. Parking is between $20-$40. Parking was supposed to be validated by the hotel but was still charged $20 to exit the parking garage and once your in your in. No in and out privileges. Also got a mysterious accidental $50 hotel charge after I was checked out that the employees couldn’t explain. I’m still waiting for all the extra charges to fall off!"

"Stayed for just one night on the club level, taking the hotel shuttle from the airport. The front desk staff were great. Club room staff were fine - could have been more welcoming, but maybe they are supposed to be low key? Room was lovely. "
