"We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Collin at the front desk! We arrived well before the standard check-in time, and Collin went above and beyond to get us checked in early. "It is a great location to access entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. The rooms were comfortable as well. Unfortunately, the breakfast every day, and after 4 days we ordered something to be delivered. The fitness facility would have been great, another reason I chose this location however the air-conditioning was not on and it had one oscillating fan and is located above the pool so the heat and humidity was unbearable."

"This place is extremely run down. The staff was all friendly and helpful, however, so that was nice. While it appears it would be easy to walk to the close entertainment, the access is extremely challenging in many ways. No true sidewalks, you have to try to cut through a parking garage, the signage is terrible. The parking lot surface is like a demolition site. There wasn't enough parking available for the hotel and people were making up their own spots which made it difficult to navigate. ...

"The pool was not handicap accessible, being there for a wheelchair softball tournament, many of the teammates were unable to hang out together because there was no way to get to the pool. The rooms were clean, a little outdated, but the walking distance to the parking was tough as well. Parking in garage, the skywalk was quite a distance. Not to mention when you have to pay to park in your hotel that you already pay to sleep!!"

Hotel envejecido, sucio en su entrada y áreas compartidas, comida de mala calidad.... y los pasillos para llegar a las habitaciones llenos de neblina de marihuana. Me sentí insegura, como que llegaba a un antro de mala muerte. Lo positivo fue el parqueo que necesitaba y la cercanía al aeropuerto. Me levanté tempranito y salí enseguida de ahi, porque viajaba con menores y ese ambiente no es lo que deseaba para nada....que además barato no es para lo que...
