"Lovely staff always keen to help. The hotel team arranged everything to get us out onto the slopes first thing despite us arriving at the hotel late. We had ski hire lessons and lift passes arranged by the team on reception. With a ski hire shop on the lower ground floor and taxi shuttle to the gondola this made everything so easy and quick! "Beautiful property with an amazing location across from the gondola. Easy walking to restaurants and bars. The staff was excellent and attentive. The only issue is the lack of spa on property. Guests must use and pay for the wellness spa at the adjoining hotel. "

"The property is ideally located near the chairlifts, they have their own ski/boot room with keys for lockers free from reception. Bar area is nice, restaurant was very good for breakfast. Overall 9/10 (it is pretty warm in the hotel rooms!)"
