"Loved this place, a little out of Cartmel but liked that, pleasant evening stroll into town, great view across the racecourse, well looked after hotel, plenty of parking Points to improve could do with some car chargers but thats a minor point, will be back"

"The stay was extremely good value for money. Beautiful views over Morecambe Bay. Staff v helpful and food in restaurant tasty. You pay to park at car park separately but its directly in front of hotel. Room clean but could do with some upgrading."

"Property with beautiful from the outside but once inside would need a total refurbish The room was dirty carpets hadn't been vacuumed the whole of my stay Windows were dirty in my room Cobwebs hanging from ceiling Nothing was cleaned in the room each day Spoons for coffee were put back dirty Bar and restaurant Staff good Breakfast good but had dinner there on last night and they didn't have or ran out of mains on the restaurant menu"

"Room very dated. Shower soaks the bathroom. Shower seal hanging off so water poured onto the floor. Bath panel full of grime across the top and room carpet quite stained. Out view was a brick wall. I was very disappointed to be staying at the back of a garage and not in the actual hotel. I don’t think this was very clear when booking. If I had known I would not have booked. It certainly was not worth £159"
