"Standard of accomadation clean and tidy, and a very fair price, all in all ideal for our one night stop over, proprietor servers a great pint of beer."

"Non-contact hotel offering good facilities for stay in Oakham. Comfy bed, very nice washroom and basic appliances. Good value for money"

"It is NOT a hotel. Please consider removing it from your lists."

"Double room was extremely small, difficult for two people to stand in the bathroom at the same time. Only one of the windows opened and when it was open there was a strong smell of Indian food being cooked which sullied all our clothing. It was shabby to say the least."

"Great location, easy to book in and facilities great for the price, would stop again"

"The duvet cover was not fresh, I called the dedicated telephone line at 19.26 to request a fresh duvet cover or at least a bed sheet to cover it, an hour and a half later after a series of phone calls back and forward I was told that nothing can be done. "What a gem Creston Villa is! Thanks to Anna and Iain who made our stay a real home from home. From the breakfast with lots of choice, including so many jams, marmalades and relishes to homemade cookies to take with us for a later treat. We loved everything and we didn’t need to know anything about Lincoln before our trip, we could’ve learned it all at breakfast! Great location, easy walk into town or use the local bus service from just outside the property. Highly recommend. Thank you x"

"Fabulous! The staff are the real highlight of the hotel - they were so friendly, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was delicious both days and the carpark easy to access. Considering the fact it has a pub attached was also quiet and couldn’t be in a better location for exploring Lincoln Cathedral and castle. Would definitely stay again."

"Clean and tidy with good facilities, great for a week time work stay"

"Really clean and well presented, have tried to book again for August but not available for the dates required Will keep an eye for future visits to the area"
