"I had a very disappointing experience at check-in on Friday, 7/10. The staff members were rude and avoided eye contact. There was an older woman at the front desk who seemed frustrated that her system wasn’t working. She never acknowledged me, made no effort to communicate, and completely ignored me while I stood there waiting for about 10 minutes. Instead of helping me, she started assisting other guests who were already being helped by another employee. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was extremely frustrating. I honestly considered leaving and finding another hotel before I had even checked in. This experience left a very poor first impression. While my check-in experience was disappointing due to rude and unprofessional front desk staff, everything else about my stay was great. The room was extremely clean, the water pressure was fantastic, and the pool was a huge hit with the kids. The laundry facilities were convenient and well-maintained, and the patio area was cozy and relaxing. One of the highlights was the bar lounge, which even offered complimentary nachos. Despite the poor first impression at check-in, the hotel’s amenities and overall cleanliness made for an enjoyable stay. "

Very small parking lot, but your parking space is right in front of your room, so that is very convenient!!"
