"If you want to vacation, go somewhere else. The restaurant on property was mediocre at best. Music wasn’t allowed anywhere on property, even your room. The staff selected which rules they wanted to enforce with which guests. Guest could not listen to music but the housekeeping staff could listen to music. The fact that I’m a guest and felt like I was anything different from a guest should tell you everything you need to know. Traveled over 1,000 miles and spent thousands of dollars just to miss...

"every day we had a new disaster the elevators broke twice. There was nothing to do for kids. None of the activities were there that was mentioned online our room was completely different. The restaurants were not kid friendly and extremely expensive no entertainment or anything to do after 10:00. made six balls in four days for things that were wrong with our room."

"All good! People need to understand the ocean seaweed and smell is uncontrollable by the hotel. We lived that they had kayaks to take out, beach volleyball, hammocks and a kid playground; all that we adults could sit outside the room and supervise the kids. Also pool was nice and clean. Will be back and next time with the boat!"
