"Clean room, descent breakfast, quiet hotel. The pool was nice and never busy. The parking lot had plenty of spaces and was close to the entry. There’s a nice restaurant right next door. It was less than a 20 minute drive to Hershey. The area felt safe and had everything needed right around the hotel. Gas stations, food options, etc. The biggest thing I want to highlight is that the staff was so friendly. My husband had a medical emergency in the room. They handled everything extremely professionally and even comforted my little girl while her daddy got loaded into an ambulance. Without going into to much detail, we could not stay in our current room. Without me even having to ask, they gave me a new room and made sure it was close to our current so I didn’t have to switch everything alone and go far. I can’t thank them enough for how they handled all that and treated me and my daughter so kindly. I would absolutely stay here again. We were there for 3 nights. No complaints!!! "

"The Tru in Grantville is very nice. Its clean a pretty good value. The only issue is that the building seems to be built with inferior materials which makes the floors rather noisy. Other than that, the staff are great but they always forget to offer us water and snacks when we check in."
