The room was meticulously clean and the bed was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel for anyone having a layover at Heathrow Terminal 5. It's a good hotel, rooms after average but very affordable which is great! I had a problem with the shower drain and i had to change rooms (not a disaster), and their air conditioning units are too old (remotes put off battery too).
