"It's a good hotel, rooms after average but very affordable which is great! I had a problem with the shower drain and i had to change rooms (not a disaster), and their air conditioning units are too old (remotes put off battery too). Overall it's a good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, good parking lot and very quiet. Breakfast is continental (average) that is worth the price, children eat free!"

"The food was lovely breakfast had lots of options and the dinner menu was fantastic! It was a shame we couldn’t dine in the restaurant as it was only allowed for people ordering the set valentine menu .. so we ate at the bar. The swimming pool was cold which was unfortunate. Along with staff cleaning out the drains in front of us by the showers as we swam. But the sauna and steam room and gym facilities were good along with robes to walk down in from our room. The £75 deposit per night was not...

"This is poorly cleaned.I found some under wear from a previous customer left in the room looking dirty and horibly left.after the bed looked changed and shinny. This is embarrasing and made me feel sick and horrible. I complained but my room was not changed, the underwear was taken away but nothing else was done.never seen this before,disturbing scene indeed"

"I was nervous about this property having booked in a rush and not having read reviews. However upon arrival I found it easy to park and a lovely entrance with beautiful character features. The ladies in reception were friendly and welcoming and they upgraded me to a superior room which I was very pleased with. "Communication seems to lack especially with guest requests. Good sent back as it was cold but they did replace with no fuss and lots of apologies. Usually good this time not as good! "
