"At check-in I was asked to pay when I had already paid. I was told that I had to enter my car reg into a machine to get free parking. I could come back any time to my room, but after 10pm I could not access the machine after 10pm. Duh! This place is unattended overnight. The room supplied tea and coffee but only one cup in a double room. No one onsite to get another. No glasses even for a glass of water. "Gorgeous hotel room right in the heart of Marlborough! We booked the room with the golden bath which was such a treat. The breakfast offering was very generous and the room had everything you could need (it would be helpful to have some bath products by the side of the bath, as the shower gel etc in the shower were attached to the wall which made it tricky). Otherwise 10/10!"

"The highlight was the breakfast which could be improved a light further by lowering the volume of the background music to be less intrusive, removal of cobwebs and the staff being quieter when clearing and setting tables. The room was good, quiet and warm though the bathroom would have benefited from a shelf for toiletries. The room we were in had no windows, which probably kept the sounds levels down, and was at the top of two flights of stairs. The property is within easy reach of Bath...
