Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

"Super cute, like being in your own romantic little bubble in the countryside. We came to watch a friend do a parachute jump at the airfield for charity. It was the perfect place to stay for a night or two. Loved the BBQ, the view through the windows and the way the space was designed. So compact and yet everything was so considered and well designed. "The hotel is in a perfect location, really close to the park, river, shops and restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel bar was also lovely with an amazing outdoor space and breakfast had a good choice of food and catered well for dietary requirements. The rooms are really nice and comfortable, although the sofa bed was a bit battered. The only real complaint was the noise from the air con unit in the room which was very loud and rattled, but everything else about the hotel was fantastic "

"Overall very impressed with Cotswolds Hotel & Spa. Booked a family room and although it was not made up for 4 people when we arrived, it was quickly resolved. The room was very hot, even with windows open but they had provided a fan. 3 out of four of us paid for breakfast. The fourth person only wanted a filter coffee. Think they could have thrown that in free of charge as 3 were paying full price, but that is only a nice to have."
