"Staff was good but everything is really old and a little dingy. My mattress had a sunken hole in the middle. Faucets were really loud and the ac units are hard to maintain a temperature but they worked. Breakfast was ok. They did have some good sausage and some ok eggs. Biggest problem was the workout room. Treadmill died on me mid sprint. Luckily I’m nimble and recovered without injury but it stopped very suddenly. PLEASE FIX IT!"

"I’ve stayed here multiple times before. I’ve never had an issue. One staff member was extremely rude to my child. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. The rooms were basic. Clean."

"I really appreciated the front desk attendant lady who works in the daytime, very kind! Also they had hot soup and lemon water waiting, was so helpful after traveling and rushing. The room was very quiet, comfortable, and clean, smelled great as well. I will definitely return if I come back to SLC in the future."

"Staff was nice. The building was run down. Holes in the flooring under the carpet in the hallway. Hotel door wouldn't work had to get 4 different key cards made. Employees had their children there running around. Had to ask for hand soap for the sink in our room. The siding glass door in our room was cracked open and unlock when we got there."
