"What a GEM! Great area of town surrounded by fun restaurants, lots of history with the hotel, even a wine and cheese happy hour! Much more character than a big chain hotel! On my next trip it will be my first choice!"

"Toilet wouldn’t flush bath sink fixtures broken (have pictures) and moisture stains running along the walls. Hotel used to be my go-to in Savannah looks like the pandemic and economy has them lagging behind on upkeep. "

"Unfortunately, this Marriott Hotel was not as we expected. The staff were not helpful. No one would answer the phone when we tried to call ahead of our trip there. The maid service never cleaned our room, so we had to hunt down towels, etc, every other day for a week. The breakfast was mediocre, and the area was always dirty. The entrance/sitting area, was always dirty. The valet parking was horrible and you had to wait forever for your car, sometimes, over 40 minutes. I told the front desk each day, and all they said was I'm sorry."
