"The hotel was good it’s in a great location and the rooms are spacious with everything you need . The breakfast Buffett was good offering choices of both hot and cold food and drinks , the staff were helpful and courteous. Overall our stay was good the concierge was very helpful . The only negative was the reception staff who were not very engaging and quite curt just wanting to get things over and done with .Not very welcoming and not a smile to be seen , disappointing as they are the first point of contact when arriving at the hotel "

"We had a wonderful time at the Planters Inn. The location was perfect for exploring Savannah. The staff was excellent and very friendly, especially John Earl who was really engaging and made us feel welcome. The wine & cheese reception with piano was a lovely touch. Highly recommend this Inn."

"Please use the Google link to see my Google review for this property since Expedia will not allow me to post enough words to describe what happened. It was an absolute nightmare staying here. The rooms are tiny, dated and unkept. There was a substance that looked like black mold in my room. The room was unbearably hot since the heat didn’t work. "The staff was super attentive, helpful, and accommodating. Everyone I interacted with was super kind and helpful. I had a car I was parking with them and the valet service was exceptional and super easy to use. A simple text and my car was ready in a few minutes to use. The room was clean and maintained well while I was staying with them. They offered in-room coffee and also coffee/drinks and snacks in the lobby. I felt safe and cared for. I will definitely stay there again."
