"Clean room. Extremely friendly staff and pool area looked very nice but the hottub jets were broken. Beds a little hard for my taste. A/C was great. Breakfast was ok, yogurt, muffins and cereal were the options. For one night it was good. More than that it would of been hard on my back."
"The room was not as clean as it should be. The outlet in bathroom was falling off wall. As was the towel bar hanging on the wall. Breakfast was okay. Room was very crowded and very. Very noisy."
"Staff was NOT helpful. We are moving, driving a 16 foot moving truck from WA state to Colorado. I purposely booked a 1st floor room at a MOTEL so I could have a door that opened right out to our moving truck. But the front desk person refused to let us park our truck in the regular parking lot and wanted us to go park it in a gravel lot with the semis. I tried to explain that it was a smaller moving truck and offered to have her come and look at it. But she refused, telling me they had a lot of guests coming and they needed the space. They didn’t end up having “a lot” of guests. Two-thirds of the parking lot remained empty the entire time we were there. She did move us to a room on the second floor where I had a view of the gravel lot. But if I wanted that I would have just booked a room at one of the nicer hotels in town. Really disappointing."
"A little gem in Green River. Every room feels like you’re staying in a mini resort. Keurig coffee and refrigerator in every room. Comfortable bed, sheets and towel walk in shower…so much nicer than a Holiday Inn. Breakfast is made to order choice of French toast, pancakes or eggs. Joseph was friendly and helpful at reception our breakfast chef was wonderful and housekeeper (who says she loves her job and you can tell) does a fantastic job. We liked it so much we stayed again on our trip back.
You can’t go wrong with this renovated motel turned upscale B&B."
"This hotel is in our top 5 favorites. The room was clean and comfortable, the view was beautiful, the staff was amazing. They even left snacks in our room for us. A real breakfast at the restaurant above the room was included. They had the air con already on when we arrived. You do have to walk down a couple of stairs, very easy though. I wish there was a place like this everywhere we travel."
