We were charged an extra 16CHF at the end of the stay that wasn't ours but was charged to the room, surely a mistake but their systems are unfortunately very old and they either can't look it up or don't care to, and the server likely didn't confirm at the time that the room was correct. "Wir sind für zwei Nächte geblieben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut erhalten (Genau wie die ganze Hotel Anlage). Uns hat auch die kleine kitchenette gefallen. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von der Autobahn, aber man hat tatsächlich nichts vom Auto Lärm gehört. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!"

"Charming. Love the proximity to the lake. The pool is wonderful. Food is very good. Staff very friendly and hard-working. If the weather is very hot opt for a lower floor. We stayed on the 4th floor and it was very hot and some of the windows did not open. We are hearty and made it work with a fan and cold swim before bed but it was not ideal. The view is fairy-tale-like. Would go back and get a lower floor with balcony"
