"Personnel très gentil et courtois. Très propre et confortable. Par contre l'escalier n'est accessible que sur demande et on doit traverser des corridors réservés aux employés. Pas commodes pour les gens claustrophobes qui préfèrent les escaliers aux ascenseurs."

"Amazing price and great location to walk to major sites. Stayed with my family of 4 and our kids loved it as much as any hotel. Parking is right on site and only $9 a day on the weekend. One caution is BRING YOUR OWN kitchen items, as it has nothing. Ie. Coffee machine, mugs, plates, bowls, utensils, kettle etc. The beds definitely leave something to be desired as well, but you get what you pay for. Every hotel in the same area runs $100’s more, and for the difference in cost we were able to cover the rest of our weekend fun."

"We stayed for 24 hours and only stayed at the property for the entire time. The property in general was super clean, modern and well maintained. We really enjoyed the casino floor, Hardrock cafe restaurant was great. Rooms were nice, clean, modern and very spacious with a pretty big TV. Would 100% stay at this property again."

"After a long red eye flight I checked in early and went straight to breakfast. I met Nicole who was staff looking after the breakfast room. Nicole was very welcoming, extremely pleasant and a ray of sunshine. I chatted with her through my entire breakfast and walked away thinking what a great ambassador for this property. Great job!!!"

"Avoid using Expedia to book the hotel. Book directly with the hotel. I booked 2 room at this hotel via expedia and paid in full. When I arrived, the hotel only saw 1 room booked. I showed them my registration number and confirmation of full payment by expedia for 2 rooms. Obviously between the hotel and expedia something got disconnected, but that is not my problem. They managed to get the second room booked, that should be the end of story. Though the hotel manager had the nerve to ask me to show my credit card account online to prove I paid in full, despite my expedia receipt that shows I did. For privacy reasons, this is VERY unprofessional and was a step too far when it was a mistake between Expedia and Fairfield Marriot Ottawa. The manager need some much needed customer service and communications training."
