A couple of minutes walk from the rail link to Zermatt .Chargeable parking under hotel. Nice draught beer. Nice bedrooms.

A big thank you to everyone at Alaia Lodge for such a warm welcome. We came here on a father/son golf trip we had wanted to do for many years and we chose to stay at Alaia because of its convenient walking distance to the golf course, and it proved to be a wonderful choice. We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful town, surrounded by lovely scenery. We only wish we had more time to explore the area and take in more of its beauty! Everyone at Alaia was so friendly and welcoming and this was...

Very nice for a Holiday inn Express and very near the centre of town

Well-located, walkable, and near the Zermatt train station. They provide free pick-up and drop-off services, which is wonderful. The room is well-maintained and spotless. Their breakfast options are excellent. Their staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. I got there somewhat early. They gladly finished the check-in procedure. They are always willing to help with navigation, village maps, etc. Around Zermatt, there are several trails to follow.

Loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! The shuttle service from the train station was so helpful when we arrived (messaged beforehand). We also loved the breakfast and sauna.

Stayed in a family room with an awesome view of matterhorn from the balcony. Room was big by swiss standards and the bathroom was also nice with natural light from rooftop. Breakfast is also very good. The spa and swimming pool facility is also superb. Staff was helpful and infact also got my broken bag handle repaired thus saving me the headache of going to town to find a repair shop. Will definitely stay here next time.

A short walk from the station, very welcoming staff and a great breakfast.

A superb location with great views and super friendly service, thank you.

Very good value for money, close to the station. A nice modern building, slightly overlooked by nearby buildings but not a big issue. The balcony was relaxing. Excellent soundproofing, good shower pressure, adequate breakfast. Staff were helpful. Highly recommended.

Every detail was carefully catered to.

I Love it

I was really impressed with this hotel. It was a good price, cosy and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and the shower was perfect! It is a bit of a distance from the main street but there's a bus that comes regularly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanted to stay in Verbier..

Used the hotel as a base for a Dufourspitze summit and it was ideal - opposite the Zermatt rail, there's a supermarket next door and parking.

good location, clean room, passage to car park can be wider too narrow for a big car!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was really modern, neat and relaxing. Had great mountain views.

Excellent stay from start to finish. Spacious, clean and comfortable room with excellent breakfast provided. All staff really helpful and can't fault our stay. Thank you!

It’s so worth it! Not expensive, but very warm and clean. Good service, lots of help and Info. Close to ski, good location, beautiful view. Best hotel here!
