"Revolving entrance door is too small and not convenient for senior/ disabled travelers with luggages. Breakfast area is quite simple and Breakfast is simple as well. Not much choice. Room's furniture is not enough and need to request table and chair. Room tidy up was told that they will do it only every 3 days. Towels will be replaced every 3 nights. Need to request for room tidy up and change towels. Carpet is rather dusty and seems like the room has not vacuumed for sometime. We follow the bus schedule but shuttle bus is not always on time. One shuttle bus driver is very helpful and polite. Others are just stop and go with no waiting time. You need to run to catch the bus. Phone and safety deposit box are not working."

"Housekeeping needs improvement in turning bed. Did not change bed sheets. Still wrinkled sheets & pillow. Floor towel was replaced with a regular standard towel. Tea cups weren’t replaced with clean cup. Saw tea stains, ring around inner top? Very disappointing. Cleanliness us important to customers. With 3 days stay, requested only trash removed and towels replaced 2nd day. 3rd day requested full housekeeping however were not up to par with cleanliness."

"Had a very rude employee try to refuse to bring one extra pillow (we only had one each person to start) even after explaining I have medical problems & need to sleep sitting up. He was extremely rude & after finally agreeing to bring one up, he condescendingly brought up 3. I asked for ONE, I still can’t believe the way he treated us. He tried saying if every customer wanted TEN extra pillows they wouldn’t have any, again I asked for ONE MORE! There also are no phones in the rooms to call for anything at all, we were on the 13th floor so had to go down anytime we needed toilet paper or tissues or anything. It was very hot & there is no AC & windows do not open."

"I had an 18-hour layover in Amsterdam and the location of this hotel was perfect for this occasion. Spacious rooms, non-smoking, beautiful views of gardens, quiet, good gym on the top floor, sunset view from the top floor was amazing, shuttles to and from airport but they stop between midnight and 6am (I took an Uber which was great). I got to the city center and back using the shuttles to airport and taking the train from there. The city center was crowded and noisy, I’m glad I didn’t stay they and got the rest and exercise I needed before my next flight."
