"The staff was lovely. It does look like they are renovating, but the rooms have not been done yet, and were pretty rough and not clean."

"The hotel was in the perfect spot to stop on our way home from Florida. We rented 4 rooms and only one was clean. The beds were stained and dirty along the towels in the bathroom. But for the price you get what you pay for. Parking could use a little more lights. I didnt not tell them about our rooms till morning because we arrived at 11 at night and was tired. But I assumed that 3 out of the 4 were dirty was not a good sign so no need to complain. I figured we would be out of luck. So maybe the next persons experience will be better than ours. "

"The front desk lady was overwhelmed. Our payment to the hotel went through hotels.com. My wife forgot her credit card and was told she could use Apple Pay. My wife asked for assistance but was rudely instructed by the front desk attendant to get out of line and figure it out. My wife had our 4 young children with her and needed assistance. It was apparent that the lady was only interested in getting people checked in. "
