"Gorgeous hotel and a lovely stay. The staff were very accommodating and while we did have a problem with our room- a leak from an air con unit- they were not in control of- they were quick to move us to another room. Food was good- with three restaurants to choose from. The gym facilities were excellent and the indoor pool a welcome extra as we visited at the end of October. Mornings could be a bit chilly but the afternoons were beautiful and spent by the outdoor pools. Would recommend."

"What a fantastic place. Somewhere to relax, eat well and recover. Great service at all stages. A modest menu choice wise but excellent in quality, locally sourced products full of flavour. A family run hotel and it shows. The whole ambiance is spot on. A place for the summer, nice pool and gardens with patios to sit out on and enjoy food and wine. For winter I spotted a fab lounge with a big working fireplace. Rooms are light, airy and very comfortable. Small terrace to sit outside. "

"We loved our tent, but it was in need of some repairs. There was wood that needed to be nailed/screwed so it was squeaking in the wind all night. We used a towel to wedge and mostly stop the noise. There was also a broken zipper on the main door but we know how tough that can be to fix and it wasnt an inconvenience. We were most impressed with the showers, WCs and laundry. "El personal es realmente agradable y servicial. Hacen de la estancia una experiencia muy satisfactoria. El hotel tiene café y fruta todo el día y desayuno incluido. La ubicación es muy buena incluso para ir al Puerto de Tarifa (si salen a Tánger). Algo que sería de mucha utilidad es que pudieran enviar un mapa antes de la llegada donde dejen claro cómo llegar pues es algo un tanto complicado cuando se llega manejando dado que no todas las calles están abiertas. "Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Schöner Pool. Aussergewöhnliches Ambiente. Die Zimmer sind geräumig als Bungalows errichtet. Leider hatten wir das Pech, ein Zimmer ohne Heisswasser zu bekommen. Gewechselt hatten wir dann in ein Zimmer mit Ameisen (dadurch auch etwas Schmutz) im überschwemmten Badezimmer, mit muffiger Luft. Aber das Gelände mit den Grünanlagen und den wunderschönen Pfauen ist einmalig schön."

"Stayed one night before ferry to Morocco. Onsite parking for motorcycles and you even get a complimentary tapa if you’re a rider! Hotel is far from downtown but there’s an onsite bar and restaurant so no need to go out unless you want to. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended."
