"Airport Shuttle personnel and Staff were cordial, professional and helpful.
Room cleanliness could be improved.
We had a late arrival and were hungry, restaurant was closing so we couldn’t sit at restaurant, however were able to order but had to be delivered to room; couldn’t sit at outside garden or in lobby. We wanted to relax and dine in an open space after a very long flight and extremely long airport lines on arrival. This was the most we disliked about the Hotel"

"The staff was always helpful, polite and upbeat. The hotel itself I thought was beautifully unique with the high ceilings, to the cool balconies - drinking my coffee out there in the morning watching as the clouds lifted over the Andes. It's close to everything, and the restaurants nearby are all great. I enjoyed my stay very much - I'll be back :-)"

"Location is very walkable, with restaurants and shopping on the next block. .The room was lovely and clean. Shortcomings: (1) breakfast was cold, proper warming appliances needed; (2) spent a total of 40 minutes my first two days trying to get Wi-Fi, finding Wi-Fi was only obtainable by disabling my security configurations per their IT technician. Needless to say, I did not choose to use their Wi-Fi for my 5 night stay."
